Attached to the Guest house is Apartment 1 which is a self-contained unit with private entrance. Welcome Pack, free internet access and Guide to Killarney available.

The entrance hall leads to a cosy sitting room with comfy leather suite, flat screen television, DVD, radio and a selection of books.

The kitchen/dining area is fully fitted and includes:

• microwave
• fridge/freezer
• dishwasher
• washer dryer

On the first floor there is 1 en-suite bedroom containing 1 Double bed and 2 Single beds. All beds have duvets and full linen. Towels are supplied. There is also an additional ground floor toilet.

Charges for Apartment is based on up to 3 people sharing.

Apartments are non smoking and are not suitable for pets.
